Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with a tax invoice and receipt attached. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

Name Badge

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. CREATE expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Cancellaton & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Before or on 14th of August 2019 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Before or on 15th of October 2019 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • After 15th of October 2019 there will be no refund.


The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organizers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  CREATE Foundation will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.


CREATE Foundation will be taking photos and video of conference activities during the Voices in Action conference, to be broadcast at the conference as part of conference activities.  CREATE Foundation is well aware of and will abide by child protection legislation in each state and territory prohibiting the publication of images that publicly identify children and young people as in care.

Please aware that non-identifying photographs of conference participants may taken throughout the event to be used for CREATE promotional activities.


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. CREATE Foundation cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
